Over $80 million invested in Nakhchevan AR

From January to August 2005, 368336,3 million AZM (over $80 million) were invested in the Nakhchevan Autonomous Republic (NAR), which is for 48,5% more of the same period of 2004. From this amount 311964,4 million AZM (about $68 million) were invested in constructing and mounting works, the growth made up 33,4%.
The permanent representative office of NAR in Baku told Trend about it.

«This figure is 84,7% from the investments to the basic capital for this period», the structure stressed.

During this period the construction works at the Heydar Aliyev electrical power station were launched and carried on, the administrative building of the NAR national security ministry, the social security fund, the customs border post in Djulfa, Heydar Aliyev water reservoir, to be commissioned in early October, the building of the executive power body in Kengerli region, the Tax Department in Babek region and other objects.
