Azerbaijan shipped 2.4m tons of oil via Ceyhan port in October

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has said 2,414,780 tons of Azerbaijani oil were shipped from Ceyhan port to world markets in October.

According to official figures, a total of 24,357,746 tons of Azerbaijani crude has been exported to world markets through Ceyhan port in the first ten months of 2013.

The volume of oil shipped from the port to world markets since the commissioning of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline is 228,024,400 tons, SOCAR said.
