Prices on Baku's primary housing market announced

The Property Market Participants public organization monitored prices on the primary housing market in Baku.

The monitoring results showed that 148 construction companies carried out construction of 418 buildings in Baku as of late November. Most new buildings are constructed in the Yasamal districts, which is followed by the Khatai and Nasimi districts


The average price of apartments in new buildings amounted to $ 810.1 per square meter in November. As in previous months, 3-room apartments are more preferable in new buildings in Baku.
