IBA ups authorized capital

The State Committee for Securities has registered emission prospectus of ordinary, book-entry shares of International Bank of Azerbaijan with the registration number of AZ100200458P.

The face value is AZN 0.24, volume of the issue – AZN 100,000,002.

Note that, underwriter is International Transaction System LLC.

After placement, the authorized capital will increase by 41.7% to AZN 340 mln.

IBA has been in operation since 1992.
