Azerbaijani bank’s subsidiary renews dealer license

The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee issued a new license to Texnika Kapital Menecment company for dealer operations, the Committee said on Friday. Texnika Kapital Menecment is a subsidiary of Texnika Bank. The license was issued on January 13, 2012 for a period of five years.

The State Committee issued 13 licenses for brokerage activity, 11 for dealer activity, 3 - the activity of depositories, 1 - clearing and activity on the stock exchange, 2 - the governance of securities, two licenses - the register of owners' securities.
