Initial property registration jumps in Azerbaijan

The Azerbaijani State Committee for Property Issues reported that some 12,580 properties were registered in October, 2011, which is more by 40.8% compared to October 2010.

Some 4,380 of registrations were primarily, 8,200 – secondary. Primary registration rose by 64.0% and secondary – 30.9%.  Most of registered property – 38% were plots of land.  In January-October, 2011, law on more than 122,000 properties were registered. Share of regions in registration of property reached 62.7%.
