President Ilham Aliyev arrives in Ukraine

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today arrived in Ukraine to attend informal meeting of CIS heads of state.

At the "Belbek" Sevastopol International Airport, the President was welcomed by Ukraine's high-level officials.
