Omb's Office officials meet with Vusal Garajayev

Officers Office of Commissioner on Human Rights met with the recently released Azerbaijani soldier Vusal Garajayev who is being kept in detention ward # 3 of Justice Ministry Penitentiary Service.

The soldier said that within this period he did not face any tortures in the detention ward, Ombudsman's Office told the APA.

Officials also created conditions for soldier's mother to meet with her son.
