Baku branch of Moscow State Open University appeals on court's decision

It should be noted that Economic Court #1 abolished state registration of Baku Branch of Moscow State Open University, having been registered in justice Ministry, on the claims of Education Ministry, and as the result of it, University leadership appealed to the Court of Appeals.

The court kept the decision of Economic Court #1 in force. The ministry told that, on February 5 Economic Court # 1 will pass decision on 15 more branches of foreign universities. Region courts will be specified to consider the case of those universities.

It should be mentioned that, Education Ministry appealed to Economic Court # 1 to abolish registration of 17 branches of foreign universities. The court has already abolished state registration of Moscow State Open University, as well as, the registration of Kiev Entrepreneurship, Law and Advertising Institute Baku branch. APA
