GUAM FMs to hold talks on 'frozen conflicts'

The meeting of GUAM Foreign Ministers will hold talks in the frame of the meeting of OSCE Foreign Ministers' Council to be held on December 4 in Brussels, Azerbaijan Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov told the journalists.

The ministers will hold talks around the discussions held in UN General Assembly on 'frozen conflicts' in the region. "We have opportunity to discuss frozen conflicts in GUAM territory till September of next year. The ministers will agree on the date of UN discussions of the issue. Notwithstanding Russia's objections, the issue was included to the UN agenda," the minister said, APA reports.
