Candidate appeals President informing of violations that deprived him of his victory

The press-service of the party informed APA news agency that the appeal informs of the fact of mass violations allowed during the voting in the Tovuz-Gazakh-Aghstafa Election Constituency # 106.

I.Ismayilov stressed that due to these violations he was anable to win the elections although the exit-poll conducted by the PA Consulting Group Company shows that he did win them.

In the appeal Ismaylov argued that representatives of the local authority organs had intervened in the voting process. The president is asked to take respective steps for ensuring the victory of I.Ismayilov in the appeal.
