Georgian PM congratulates Azerbaijanis on Qurban Holiday

The Prime Minister of Georgia Nika Gilauri congratulated Azerbaijanis on the Qurban Holiday.
The head of the government visited the Marneuli region densely populated by Azerbaijanis and a local mosque, and greeted the believers.

Gilauri told reporters that the tradition of the Muslim holiday is very interesting and important, as its main purpose is to help the poor.

"Every year we provide aid products the local mosques for 2,500 people and they are distributed to the poor," he said.

Georgian Muslims, with majority of Azerbaijanis compactly living in Kvemo Kartli region, celebrate Qurban Holiday within three days.
