Azerbaijani judoists Elkhan Rajabli weighing in at 81 kg, Elmar Gasimov in at 100 kg, Emil Tahirov over 100 kg and Kifayat Gasimova in at 57 kg will participate in the Grand Prix tournament in Amsterdam, Holland, on November 19-21.
