Azeri freestyle wrestler claims gold at world championship

Azeri wrestler Sultan Nasrullayev weighing in at 54 kg mounted the highest step on the podium at the Junior Wrestling World Championship in Szombathely, Hungary.

He defeated rivals from Armenia, Russia, Georgia and India. Azerbaijan ranked 6th scoring 47 points in the team event.

Elchin Mammadov weighing in at 58 kg and Parviz Akhundov in at 85 kg have already grabbed two bronze medals at the championship.
