Dollar's official rate decreases to all-time low for 22 months

Today, the official exchange rate of USD made 0.8008 AZN/USD, which marks all-time low for the last 22 months.

Totally, the dollar decreased by 0.26% against manat and the revaluation of national currency made 0.22% in October. Thus, the dollar decreased against manat deal with decreasing of it against euro at the world market. The decreasing level of dollar against euro made 0.5% in October. Note that the increasing national currency is useful for importers, decreasing national currency for exporters.
