Workshop for referee-observers held in Baku

A workshop for referee-observers appointed on I Division matches was organized at the AFFA headquarters on Aug. 18. Chairman of the Referee-Observers Committee Gulagha Jabarov, who conducted the workshop, briefed the participants on new FIFA and UEFA instructions and rules.
