Azerbaijani chess grandmaster Gadir Huseynov has claimed his second win in a row at an international tournament in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, to cement his lead after two rounds.
Huseynov beat Kyrgyz Asil Sidigov after defeating Uzbek Mamatkulu Khailayev in his opening game.
The 3rd round will pit the Azeri grandmaster against Uzbek Kamil Rahmatulin.
The 9-round tournament involves 130 players, including 21 grandmasters.
