Azerbaijani chess players to join Cannes festival

The 24th International Chess Festival will kick off on February 28 in Cannes, France. The event will bring together 97 chess players including Azerbaijani Nijat Abbasov (2510). The Swiss system tournament will comprise 9 rounds.
