Young Azerbaijani canoeist qualifies for Singapore Olympics

Azerbaijan's Andrey Kraytor has booked a place in Singapore 2010 Youth Olympic Games in the canoe event.
Under Olympic regulations, Kraytor cannot compete in the Games because of an age limit, but will be replaced by an older teammate.
