Azerbaijan perfectly coped with organization of FIG World Challenge Cup – ambassador

Ambassador of Brazil to Azerbaijan Santiago Alcazar met with Brazilian winners of the FIG World Challenge Cup in Artistic Gymnastics in Baku Feb. 21.

The ambassador praised the athletes for successful performance and wished them success in their future sport career.

Alcazar told Trend that he is satisfied with the results of the athletes.

“We expected medals from our athletes and they succeeded to meet our expectations,” he said. “I would like to note that Azerbaijan perfectly coped with organization [of the event] and as I said, you have a wonderful arena.”

“I liked the way the audience meets our gymnasts,” the ambassador added.
