Mou brings Van Ginkel at last

 Chelsea confirmed this morning that a fee, believed to be around £8million, has been agreed with Vitesse Arnhem for the highly-rated midfielder.

The deal is subject to Van Ginkel passing a medical and agreeing personal terms, although this is not expected to be a problem.

Van Ginkel, 20, helped an impressive Holland Under-21s side reach the semi-finals of Euro 2013 in Israel.

He played three matches and delivered two assists at the tournament.
