Azerbaijani grandmaster Nijat Abbasov garnered 4 pts and ranked 4th in “Spring FIDE Open–2013” international chess tournament.
The Tournament organized by Texas University in Dallas.
Indian GM Panimaran Neqi won in the Tournament with 6.5.
