Building collapsed in Baku

A building, which was supposed to be demolished soon, collapsed in the Nasimi district of Baku. The incident occurred in the house 49 on the intersection of Vurgun and Fizuli Streets, ANS TV reported.  The collapse occurred during the demolition of the building. Recently, the building was released for the demolition and surrounded by a fence. Only 3-4 families were waiting for the resettlement.

One of the building walls came down on the road due to carelessness of an excavator. A car KIA that was on its way down Fizuli the street suffered as a result. . Fortunately, nobody was hurt.  The traffic movement was hampered on the Fizuli Street.  The Nizami District Police officers arrived on the scene and ensured the public order here.
