Azerbaijan Technical University, Ovidius University of Constanta seek coop

The Azerbaijan Technical University and Romanian Ovidius University of Constanta have signed a cooperation agreement. The agreement was inked at the Azerbaijan Technical University`s headquarters in Baku. Under the agreement, the two universities will expand and strengthen their cooperation in exchanging teaching-staff and students and carrying out joint scientific researches.
