Fire extinguished at Meat plant in Absheron - UPDATE

Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire occurred in a meat-packing plant, belonging to Ilma LLC, in the Absheron district. The Absheron District Police Office reported that no casualties were recorded during the incident.

The fire began in one of the refrigerators and then spread around. As a result of the incident, an area of 2,000 sq. meters burn out. The reason of the fire was short circuit.

One of the freezers in a meat factory located in Absheron caught fire this morning, the Absheron District Police Office reported. Currently, firefighters are trying to extinguish the fire. The fire brigades were able to prevent the spread of the fire to other objects and structures.
