Unceasing rain and snow cause problems in Zardab region

Unceasing rain and snow caused problems in Zardab city and several villages of the region.

The yards of houses and schools as well as cellars at the streets of Azerbaijan, 20 January, Zardabi and 28 May remain under water. The building of music school in Zardab city is in the emergency condition. Zardab’s local officials APA that relevant organizations were informed about the situation and they are atking necessary measures to eliminate the problems caused by bad weather conditions. More than 50 pump arrangements were installed for pumping the rain and ground waters to collectors.

The regional hydrometeorology station’s experts said that the quantity of rain precipitation in the region on November 6-8 were 49.7 mm. It is 77% of monthly norm.
