Azerbaijani Ministry of Emergency Situations issues statement on secondary school explosion

The Ministry of Emergency Situations issued a statement on explosion in the secondary school of Baku.

According to the ministry’s website, one pupil was injured during the explosion in the secondary school No 234 in Buzovna village of Khazar district of Baku.

According to the preliminary investigation, the explosion occurred on the third floor of the school building in the sanitary junction. Rescuers applied first medical aid to the injured pupil and then he was hospitalized.

The reasons of the incident are investigated.
