Raging fire in Azerbaijan: 10 houses burn down

A conflagration occurred in Baku, State Fire Protection Service of the Emergency Ministry said.

The incident was recorded in the morning today in Yasamal district, 2nd Alatava housing estate. A fire, which occurred in one of the adjacent dwelling houses, extended into other neighboring constructions. More than 10 houses were burnt. More than 20 fire fighting vehicles were involved in the site. It was possible to prevent the fire in a short time.

According to the preliminary version, the fire was caused by short-circuit. One person was injured as a result of the incident.

The investigation is carried out into the fact.
