Teenager kills his grandmother in Azerbaijan

A teenager killed his grandmother in Surakhani district of Baku, assistant district prosecutor Dilavar Dilavarli said.

The incident took place in Hovsan settlement of the district. 17-year-old Alexander Shakirov knifed his 60-year-old grandmother Lyudmila Yefremova to death as a result of dispute between them. Shakirov was detained.

The prosecutor’s office launched criminal investigation into the fact.
