Moscow State University`s History department, Azerbaijani Youth Organization of Russia sign cooperation agreement

The Moscow State University`s History department and Azerbaijani Youth Organization of Russia, AMOR signed an agreement on cooperation. The agreement was signed in the framework of the conference entitled “Azerbaijan: 20 years of independence – the way of the country to the future".

The document provides for conducting joint research to study Azerbaijan`s history, culture, and the history of Azerbaijani Diaspora, as well holding “roundtable meetings” and conferences.

In his speech at the signing ceremony, deputy dean of the History department of MSU, chief editor of THE “Vestnik Kafkaza” publication, Alexey Vlasov said AMOR plays a significant role in strengthening bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Russia.

Member of AMOR Hikmat Nagdaliyev, head of the Center of Caucasian studies under the Russian State Humanitarian University Ismayil Àgakishiyev said the Azerbaijani student organization had reached such a level that signs an agreement with the History department of the Moscow State University. This is a very great success.
