Argentinean Minister for Science, Technology and Innovation visits Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences

Minister of Science, Technology and Productive Innovation of Argentina Lino Barañao visited the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) on Thursday. President of ANAS, academician Mahmud Karimov said that the Azerbaijan government pays attention and care to the development of education and science.

He also informed Argentine minister on the young Azerbaijani scientists` activities in leading scientific centers of the world. The sides discussed bilateral cooperation in the spheres of nanotechnology, biotechnology and information technology in the meeting.

An agreement on scientific cooperation was signed at the meeting.
