85-year-old woman drowned in water channel in Azerbaijan

A 85-year-old woman was drowned in water channel in Gedebey region of Azerbaijan, Region’s Prosecutor’s Office said.

The incident was recorded in the region’s Duz Yurd village. Villager Gullu Sadigova, born in 1926, fell into the water channel and sank. Her body was found and pulled out.

The investigation is being carried out into the fact.
