Azerbaijani writer named “Man of Year” for literature of Turkic World

Chairman of the Union of Azerbaijani Writers, People’s Writer Anar was named the “Man of Year” for literature in the Turkic world. The decision was adopted at the 4th conference of the Turkish World Literature Magazines Congress in Lefkosha of the Northern Cyprus.

The said Award was constituted last year. Anar was nominated by the Turkish side. The Award will be presented to Anar in the 5th conference of the organization next year in Astana, Kazakhstan.
