Azerbaijan`s First Lady meets Italy-Azerbaijan interparliamentary friendship group members - PHOTOS

First Lady of Azerbaijan, president of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, UNESCO and ISESCO Goodwill Ambassador Mehriban Aliyeva met with a delegation led by head of Italy-Azerbaijan inter-parliamentary friendship group, Senator Rossana Boldi.

Mrs. Aliyeva expressed pleasure with the Italian delegation`s visit to Azerbaijan, adding the visit would contribute to development of the relations between the two countries. Azerbaijan`s First Lady spoke of Heydar Aliyev Foundation`s activity, noting the organization realized a number of projects in Azerbaijan and abroad. Mrs. Aliyeva invited the guests to familiarize themselves with Azerbaijan`s capital as part of their visit.

In her turn, the head of Italy-Azerbaijan inter-parliamentary friendship group thanked Mrs. Aliyeva for the meeting. The sides posed for photographs.
