Who's more homicidal, Azerbaijan or Armenia?

The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime released the Global Study on Homicide.

According to the document, 468 000 homicides were committed in the world last year, most of them in Central and South America and Africa. According to the report, 2100 homicides were committed in Azerbaijan last year, 20 percent of them were committed by firearms.

The report does not show sharp increase of crimes in Azerbaijan. 77.5 percent of the homicide victims were men (aged 30-44), 22.5 percent were women. According to the report, more homicides are committed in Baku. Last year 2800 homicides were committed in Armenia, which population is less than that of Azerbaijan.
