Day of German Unity marked in Baku – PHOTOS

The German Embassy in Azerbaijan hosted an official party to mark the German Unification Day. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Germany to Azerbaijan Herbert Quelle greeted the guests and noted that relations between Germany and Azerbaijan are on the course of friendly development.

The ambassador underscored that Germany was one of the first countries who recognized the Independence of Azerbaijan.

Azerbaijan's Transport Minister Ziya Mammadov also attended the event. The Azerbaijani official emphasized high-level political, economic and cultural relations between Azerbaijan and Germany.
