First snow falls in Azerbaijan

The first snow has fallen in Azerbaijan, department chief of the Forecasts Bureau of the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry Gulshad Mammadova said that the first snow had fallen in Khinalig village of Guba region. The thickness of the snow cover is 3cm.

Gulshad Mammadova said changeable weather was recorded in most regions of Azerbaijan, it thundered, rained, showered in some regions.

Gulshad Mammadova said changeable weather will last in the country till October 4.
