Azerbaijani citizens to get ID card within three working days by paying AZN 10 state dues

Azerbaijani parliament has made amendment to the law on “State dues”. APA reports that according to the amendment, dues have been determined for issuing or changing ID cards of Azerbaijani citizens.

AZN 10 is paid if ID card is issued within three working days, AZN 1 is paid if the ID card is issued after three working days. According to another amendment, refugees and internally displaced persons, Azerbaijani citizens under 16, stateless persons under 16 living in Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijanis living abroad, who have applied for Azerbaijani citizenship, are freed from state dues.
