Iranian culture minister to visit Azerbaijan

Iranian Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Mohammad Hosseini will visit Azerbaijan on Oct. 3, Iranian ambassador to Azerbaijan Mohammad Bagher Bahrami said to a press conference on Thursday.

Hosseini's visit will take place at the invitation of Azerbaijani Minister of Culture and Tourism Abulfaz Garayev within the Culture Days of Iran, which will be held in Azerbaijan, he said.

Azerbaijan will host the Culture Days of Iran on Oct. 3 to 7 in order to develop bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Iran.

Bahrami had discussed conducting Culture Days of Iran in Azerbaijan at a meeting with Garayev in May.

Culture Days of Azerbaijani were conducted in Tehran and Tabriz in 2010.
