Azeri scientist participates in Ankara conference

Founder and chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees of the Khazar University , Professor Hamlet Isaxanli,  attended a symposium entitled “Security and border cooperation in European Union, Black Sea region and South Caucasus” organized by the Central Asia-Black Sea Center at the Middle East Technical University in Ankara and Khazar University of Azerbaijan.
