Azerbaijan, Moldova sign agreement on protection of human rights

An agreement on protection of human rights between Azerbaijan`s and Moldova`s Ombudsman Offices was signed on the sidelines of the international conference titled “United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities - reality and perspectives for the persons with special needs”, in Chisinau, Moldova.

The conference which brought together representatives of National human rights institutions and civil society, international experts discussed ensuring of human rights, rights of persons with special needs.

Azerbaijan`s Human Rights Commissioner Elmira Suleymanova made a report on the activity of the country`s Ombudsman`s Office towards protection of rights of persons with disabilities.
