Police detain persons who stole $75 000 from businessman’s car in Azerbaijan

The persons, who stole a large sum of money from a car in Azerbaijan’s capital, have been detained, Baku Main Police Office said.

Crime Search Department of Baku Main Police Office and Nizami district police office carried out an operation and detained Aghdam region residents Yagub Valiyev and Elnur Khalilov, who are accused of stealing a large sum of money from the Toyota Prado owned by Gurbanov Oruj Safar.

It happened in front of the building in Nakhchivanski street, Nizami district, Baku on September 13. $60 000 and AZN 13 400 was stolen from the Toyota Prado owned by businessman Gurbanov Oruj Safar.
