Internally displaced students exempted from tuition fees

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev issued an Executive Order on exemption of the internally displaced students of state higher educational institutes studying on paid basis from tuition fees.

Under then Order, the internally displaced students studying at the state institutes of Azerbaijan Republic for bachelor and master degrees on paid basis since 2011-2012 academic year shall be exempted from tuition fees which will be paid from the state budget.
