Special delegation of Azerbaijan leaves for Moscow to participate in opening of Magomayev`s monument

As earlier reported, on September 15, Muslim Magomayev`s monument is to open in Moscow.
Special delegation of Azerbaijan headed by minister of culture and tourism Abulfas Garayev is to leave for Moscow to participate in the opening of Muslim Magomayev`s monument.

The 4-meter tall statue created by sculptor Alexander Rukavishnikov, will be erected in the park in front of Azerbaijan`s embassy, in center of the Russian capital.
