Japanese and Dutch experts involved in researches on landslide in Azerbaijani capital

The researches in landslide area in Bayil hillside of Baku will be conducted again. Japanese and Dutch experts are involved in the new researches.

Azerbaijani Ministry of Emergency Situations, Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, Republic Seismologic Service Center will also participate in the research work. The first meeting of the research group has been held today. But the assignment of work has not been determined yet. The new research group will deeply investigate the landslide in Bayil hillside and determine the measures for its prevention.

A risk of landslide appeared again in Bayil hillside. The danger zone covers the territory from “Eternal Flame” towards Gulustan Palace. The troops of the Ministry of Emergency Situations are conducting protective work in the danger zone.
