President of Azerbaijan named the "Honorable Citizen of Astrakhan"

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has been named as the "Honorable Citizen of Astrakhan".

Appropriate decision was adopted on September 8, 2011 by the Municipal Duma of the "City of Astrakhan" at the initiative of regional branch of the All-Russia Azerbaijan Congress of the Astrakhan Province.

The document was signed by the chairperson of the Municipal Duma E.I. Simeonova.
