Turkish health minister`s adviser praises Baku`s hosting WHO Regional Committee for Europe`s 61st session

An adviser to Turkish health minister has praised Baku`s hosting the 61st session of the World Health Organization`s Regional Committee for Europe.

“As a brotherly country Turkey is very happy for Azerbaijan which hosts such an important forum,” Faruk Kocak said.

“Today we are discussing very significant issues. Health officials from different countries are having exchange of views on a variety of aspects of healthcare. They are expected to adopt important decisions.”

Kocak said the Baku forum will also feature discussions on the activity of the WHO`s regional office.
