Entrance examinations to have new model in Azerbaijan

The university entrance examinations in Azerbaijan will be held on the basis of a new model beginning in 2014, said Chairwoman of the State Students Admission Commission Maleyka Abbaszadeh at the press conference today.

SSAC chairperson has not publicizes details of the new model, said that the discussions would continue few months. She noted that the changes related to the exam’s content, assessment of working ability with the open tests had to start not from X-XI classes, but V-VI classes: “New curriculums are used in recent years, the work-books are changed. The new means of the SSAC must be coordinated to this process”.
