Residency document admission to start in Azerbaijan

The admission of applications for medical education residency started in Azerbaijan.

The State Students Admission Commission said that the Azerbaijani applicants with basic high medical education have a right to apply for the residency. The foreigners and stateless persons can not apply.

The applicants must present the SSAC’s payment card and the required documents to the relevant documents admission commission from today till September 19 (except Saturday and Sunday), on September 20 till 10.00.

The entrance examination will be held in Baku, the first stage examination will be held on September 24, second stage on September 25.

100 questions on every basic and specialty subjects will be offered to the candidates. The contest will be carried out on the basis of points gained during basic and specialty examinations.

In order to participate in the contest, the point of the candidates on basic subjects must be at least 30, on specialty subjects – at least 40.
