Prisoner commits suicide in Azerbaijan

Suicide was committed in the Justice Minister Penitentiary Service’s Correction Facility ¹11, situated in Binagadi district.

Binagadi District Prosecutor’s Office said that prisoner Nurlan Shabanov hanged himself.

The criminal case has been launched on the Criminal Code’s article ¹125 (bringing to suicide), the investigation is underway.
